Blackpool have signed Liverpool reserve-team midfielder Gerardo Bruna on a permanent deal.

The 20-year-old Argentinian, who moved to Anfield from Real Madrid in the summer of 2007, was a regular for the second string but never made a first-team appearance.

“Liverpool have completed the permanent transfer of Gerardo Bruna to Championship side Blackpool,” said a statement on the Premier League club’s website.
