Jury sworn in in Dublin rape trial

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court for the trial of a west Dublin man for rape.

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court for the trial of a west Dublin man for rape.

The 25-year-old accused has pleaded not guilty to raping and sexually assaulting a married mother in her west Dublin home on July 23, 2007.

The hearing is scheduled to start later this week when judge and jury become available.
