Logica closing Dublin facility

There are reports this afternoon that Logica is to close its Eastpoint facility in Dublin 3, with a total loss of over 100 jobs around the country.

There are reports this afternoon that Logica is to close its Eastpoint facility in Dublin 3, with a total loss of over 100 jobs around the country.

Logica also has offices in Dublin city centre and in Cork, where staff cuts are also expected.

Sources say that the remaining staff from the Eastpoint Business Park in Dublin 3 will be moved to the Dublin city centre offices.

A company spokesman said he could not confirm these reports.

Logica delivers a range of services including strategic consultancy and products, systems integration, solutions delivery and business process outsourcing.
