The Labour Party says its general election manifesto is a 'blueprint for a fairer Ireland'.
Launching the document this morning, party leader Pat Rabbitte said his priority would be to implement the five commitments he has already made to voters.
Joan Burton, meanwhile, said the manifesto was designed to set the agenda for tax justice and Labour would establish a new taxation commission to keep the tax code under review.
Ms Burton said the party would tackle what she called the scandal of millionaires who pay hardly any tax and redress the balance of tax breaks in areas like pensions.
