The Planning Tribunal has again accused former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor of failing to co-operate with its investigations.
The tribunal accused Mr Lawlor today of producing false invoices to disguise payments to him.
He was also accused of failing to reveal details of companies he has connections with.
Mr Lawlor has already spent six weeks in prison for failing to co-operate with the tribunal, which is investigating alleged planning corruption in Dublin.
