Dubliner Susan McFadden has won the television talent competition, Grease is the Word, which will see her play the part of Sandy in the West End.
She will be joined Danny Bayne, who was selected to play the part of Danny opposite her in last night's live final.
They now have six weeks of rehearsals before their debut in the stage version of the film.
Meanwhile, Lee Mead was selected as the winner of the BBC's Any Dream Will Do, and will play the lead part in Joseph and his Technicolor Dreamcoat in London's West End.
He beat 19 year-old Keith Jack in the final, in which over three million votes were cast by the viewing public.
