260 jobs hanging in balance at Limerick chicken plant
Two hundred and sixty jobs are hanging in the balance today at the Castlemahon chicken processing plant in Co Limerick.
There is speculation that the factory's owners will announce plans to cease operations at the end of this year.
Last year, the company reduced its workforce by 150 due to intense competition and rising costs.
