Teen seriously hurt in Belfast assault

A teenager is being treated in hospital after he was found with serious head injuries on an east Belfast street in the early hours of this morning.

A teenager is being treated in hospital after he was found with serious head injuries on an east Belfast street in the early hours of this morning.

Police believe the young man was the victim of a serious assault.

He was found at 3.40am. Police are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
