Two set to appear in court in McCartney case

A 49-year-old man charged with the murder of Robert McCartney, outside a Belfast bar in January last, is due to appear in court later this morning.

A 49-year-old man charged with the murder of Robert McCartney, outside a Belfast bar in January last, is due to appear in court later this morning.

A second man charged with the attempted murder of Mr McCartney's friend Brendan Devine is also due before Belfast magistrates today.

Robert's family has been pursuing a high-profile campaign for justice since his death.
