Passengers expecting to travel through Dublin, Cork or Shannon airports this bank holiday weekend are being advised to allow plenty of time for their journey.

Passengers expecting to travel through Dublin, Cork or Shannon airports this bank holiday weekend are being advised to allow plenty of time for their journey.

Aer Rianta are advising travellers to pack all sharp objects in their check-in luggage, in order to avoid delays of any kind.

Although 365,000 passengers are due to pass through the main airports across the country this weekend, Aer Rianta have confirmed no major delays are expected.
