Two men have been arrested after a massive drugs seizure in Dublin.

An estimated €1m worth of heroin was seized as part of an intelligence-led operation targeting an organised crime gang operating in the Ballyfermot area.

The drugs were found yesterday when a vehicle was stopped and searched.

Men aged 20 and 45 are detained at Kevin Street and Irishtown Garda stations in Dublin.
