There is good news for mortgage holders today.

The ICS Building Society has announced reductions across a number of fixed rate mortgages.

Their one-year fixed mortgage has been reduced to 4.95% from 5.65% while their two-year fixed rate is down to 5.89% and the three-year rate is down to 6.10%.

Other financial institutions are expected to follow suit.
