Government's capital investment plan delayed for another week

The Government's long awaited capital investment plan will not now be published until next week.

Government sources say the plan, which had been pencilled in for publication this week, will not not be made public until tomorrow week.

The plan will detail planned investment of billions of euro in infrastructure across the country.

A rail link for Dublin Airport is expected to be included.

DART underground already appears to be ruled out, leaving either a resurrected Metro North or Luas link as the likely options.
