Child abuse commission can move forward - One in Four

One in Four says Justice Ryan’s report into the Commission inquiring into Child Sex Abuse contains necessary ingredients to move the process forward in a constructive, realistic and appropriate way.

One in Four says Justice Ryan’s report into the Commission inquiring into Child Sex Abuse contains necessary ingredients to move the process forward in a constructive, realistic and appropriate way.

A statement from the group representing victims of clerical sex abuse says the model of investigation put in place in the original legislation has not worked and needs substantial reform.

The group also says it would be ideal to establish in detail what happened in every institution and to every child abused but accepts this is simply unachievable.
