Dublin City’s reunion next week with former manager Roddy Collins has been brought forward to Thursday, November 18, as the eircom League has made a number of fixture changes to the last weekend of the season.

The League had originally scheduled all Premier Division matches for Saturday, November 20, but with Dublin City already relegated their fixture with Shamrock Rovers, the club Collins controversially left the Vikings for last week, it has reverted to its original Thursday night date.

Similarly, with Waterford United no longer in contention for European qualification, their home game against Derry City at the RSC has been re-scheduled to Friday, November 19.

There could be further changes as well if Drogheda United fail to close the gap on third-placed Bohemians tomorrow night. Bohs are currently four points ahead of the Drogs and occupying the final European qualification spot.

If it stays that way heading into the final weekend then both the Cork City v Bohs and St Patrick's Athletic v Shelbourne fixtures can go ahead on their originally-scheduled date of Friday, November 19.
