Actress Naomi Watts credits her father and mother for her willingness to appear nude in films.
“My father worked for Pink Floyd as a sound engineer in the 1970s and my mother was an actress so I grew up with parents who didn’t wear underwear!” she told the New York Daily News.
Watts, who found stardom through a lesbian love scene in Mulholland Drive and shares a sizzling nude scene with Sean Penn in 21 Grams, said: “I’m just not that uptight about it. But I don’t want to be nude in every movie I do because then it might seem like you’re always up for it.”
Watts, who moved to Australia from England when she was 14, recently starred in the thriller The Ring and is wanted by Lord Of The Rings director Peter Jackson to star in his next film, a remake of King Kong.
