Gardai have named the two men who were killed in separate road accidents over the weekend.

20-year-old Thomas Byrne died in a single vehicle road accident near Kildare in County Wicklow at 4.30 this morning.

He was from Barndarrig in Wicklow.

The 22-year-old motorcyclist who was killed when he collided with a truck in Mirrintown in County Wexford has been named as Aiden Doran, from Ballymitty in Wexford.
