Motorists are being advised to expect some traffic disruption around the junction of the M50 and M4 in Dublin today.

A truck overturned in the area this morning, causing a major diesel spill.

It has since been removed from the road and diesel has been cleaned up, but Gardai say traffic disruption is still expected around the M50 Lucan exit.

Meanwhile, motorists in Wicklow are being warned to watch out for black ice on the N11.

There has already been one collision on the northbound stretch near the turnoff for Abwood near Newtownmountkennedy.
