Shooting leaves five dead in Cuba

Five people including a couple from South Florida and their eight year old grandson, have been massacred in a suspected highway robbery in Cuba.

Five people, including a couple from South Florida and their eight-year-old grandson, have been massacred in a suspected highway robbery in Cuba.

Four were members of the same family and the fifth, a family friend, who was driving the car.

The victims were shot dead.

Several government sources privately confirmed the five were killed in a robbery attempt in Matanzas province while driving east from Havana to visit relatives in Santa Clara, in Las Villas province.
