Noel Ahern, brother to Bertie Ahern, has been re-elected on the first count in Dublin North West.

The quota in the constituency was 6,540, which Deputy Ahern exceeded with his 6,912.

Labour's Roisin Shorthall, received 4,391 first preference votes.
