Lawsuit against Harrelson dismissed
A lawsuit filed by a photographer who accused actor Woody Harrelson of attacking him has been dismissed, court records in the United States revealed.
Harrelson and Josh Levine, a former photographer for celebrity website TMZ, reached a settlement earlier this month, according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court state.
Details of the settlement were not included in court records. The case had been scheduled for trial in early May.
The photographer sued Harrelson in June 2008, alleging the Academy Award-nominated actor broke his video camera, choked him and ordered his bodyguard to attack him during an incident in Hollywood in 2006.
Harrelson countersued for invasion of privacy and records show that case has also been dismissed.
