Parades plan unveiled in the North
A new system aimed at preventing clashes over controversial parades in the North was unveiled today.
The proposals include plans for two new bodies to replace the Government-appointed Parades Commission.
The blueprint envisages a new focus on dialogue between rival groups to avoid violence seen in the past.
