Two arrested in connection with death of man in Blanchardstown

Gardai in Dublin have arrested two people, a 32-year-old woman and 34-year-old man, in connection with the death of a man in Blanchardstown earlier this month.

Gardai in Dublin have arrested two people, a 32-year-old woman and 34-year-old man, in connection with the death of a man in Blanchardstown earlier this month.

27-year-old John Murphy was beaten to death in a row which began outside the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on April 15.

His brother was also injured in the attack. The pair arrested today can be held for up to 12 hours without charge.
