The business group ISME says the Government should published the Bord Snip Nua report and move quickly to make significant cuts in public spending.

The report has been presented to Finance Minister Brian Lenihan and is expected to be discussed by the Cabinet next week.

However, it remains unclear if it will be quickly made public or if the Government plans to keep it under wraps until later in the year.

ISME says there is no time for procrastination on the matter and the recommendations of the report should be implemented as quickly as possible.
