Up to 5,000 delegates are expected to attend the 75th Fine Gael Ard Fheis which continues today in Dublin.
Most of today's debates will focus on the economy as well as reform of the health service and public sector.
Party Leader Enda Kenny will give his televised keynote address at 8.30pm tonight.
Opening the conference last night, he said if returned to Government, Fine Gael would overhaul the health service.
