De Rossa delegation meets Annan and Blix
Labour MEP Pronsias de Rossa was in New York today to head a European parliament delegation which met with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and Chief UN inspector Hans Blix.
He says both men are completely against any unilateral American military action against Iraq.
Mr de Rossa said Kofi Annan made it clear that he did not see any provision in the Charter of the United Nations for what he described as a "pre-emptive war" by the United States.
