Bad boy Liam Gallagher faces being interviewed by police in connection with an alleged attack on a man at a trendy London nightclub.
The Oasis frontman is being investigated following an incident at the Met Bar in London.
A man has made a formal complaint of common assault against the 29-year-old singer.
Gallagher - whose band are set to return with a new album - was pictured in newspapers leaving the club and tussling with bouncers after a night out with his girlfriend, Nicole Appleton.
The alleged victim of common assault is not thought to be one of the bouncers.
A police spokesman said: "We are investigating an incident outside the Met Bar at 12.15am on March 22 after receiving an allegation of common assault from a member of the public."
