New disability board to meet for first time today

Nominees to the board of the newly established People With Disabilities in Ireland Limited will meet for the first time today.

Nominees to the board of the newly established People With Disabilities in Ireland Limited will meet for the first time today.

The 22 people, selected from disability networks throughout Ireland will gather for a special one-day induction programme.

The course is designed to ensure that the PWDI will be an effective and credible voice on disability issues on both a national and local level.
