More than 400 waiting for hospital beds

Up to 430 people are on hospital trolleys today, according to nurses.

The latest Trolleywatch report from the INMO shows University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 54 people waiting on a bed.

The report also says that there are 45 people on trolleys in the Emergency Department and overflow areas of wards at Cork University Hospital today.

University Hospital Galway has 35 people waiting for a hospital bed.
