It’s an all Premier Division clash at Hunky Dorys Park tonight as Drogheda United go head to head with UCD in the FAI Ford Cup, kick-off 7.45pm.

Drogheda will be without the services of Paul Crowley, who is serving a suspension, while Jamie Harris, Darragh McNamara, Robbie Martin and Damien Brennan are all out through injury.

Caretaker boss Darius Kierans said: “Paul Crowley will be a big loss, he’s been a big performer for us this season.

“The confidence has been raised in the squad but we aren’t going to get carried away with ourselves.

“We are facing arguably one of the best sides in the league. Martin Russell has done a great job with them and they play a highly attractive style of football. We have to remember that they have beaten us three times already this season.”

UCD must plan without Brian Shortall as he is suspended after picking up four yellow cards.

Andy Boyle returns to the Students squad after returning from international duty where he was away with the Ireland Under-19 squad in Ukraine.
