Mother jailed over sex parties with schoolboys
An American woman who slept with her daughter’s school friends because she wanted to be a “cool mum” has been jailed for 30 years.
Silvia Johnson, 41, admitted hosting sex parties, sleeping with teenage boys and plying them with drugs and alcohol.
She told police she had never been popular at school but had begun “feeling like one of the group” and considered herself a cool mother.
She held the parties almost every week for a year and was accused of providing drugs and alcohol to eight boys and having sex with five, aged between 15 and 17.
Johnson, from Arvada, Colorado, pleaded guilty in July to two counts of sexual assault and nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
She was also sentenced on additional charges of third-degree assault, violation of a restraining order and harassment for unrelated cases involving her husband and children.
