Man still in custody over death of woman in Dublin

A 32-year-old man remains in garda custody this morning following the suspicious death of a woman in Dublin city centre over the weekend.

A 32-year-old man remains in garda custody this morning following the suspicious death of a woman in Dublin city centre over the weekend.

The woman, who was in her 20s, was found dead in an apartment at the Anna Livia complex on James's Street yesterday morning.

The man being questioned by Gardaí was arrested at the scene, which has been sealed off for technical examination.

A post mortem is also expected to be carried out today.
