Premiership: Angel pledges future to Villa
Juan Pablo Angel has indicated that he is happy to remain with Aston Villa and complete his contract.
This weekend Graham Taylor expressed doubts as to whether the Colombian international would remain at Villa Park next season.
Angel, the club's record signing, has scored 15 goals this season and insisted he is happy to stay at Villa Park.
"I have heard rumours that I am leaving but nobody has made an offer," he said.
"It is good to hear that clubs are interested in me but at the moment it is just rumour and speculation.
"I am a Villa player and I will remain here until I complete my contract.
"Mr Taylor has spoken to me and he told me that I am an important member of the squad."
