The members of the sub-committee are: Paraic Duffy, chairman of the GAC; Frank Burke, chairman of the Galway County Board; Dan McCartan, chairman of the National Referees' Committee; Frank Murphy, secretary of the Cork County Board; James Nallen, Mayo senior footballer.
