Another irish meat factory has been closed in a foot-and-mouth scare.

Another irish meat factory has been closed in a foot-and-mouth scare.

A sheep arrived at the Irish Country Meats plant in Navan, Co Meath, displaying

symptoms of the highly-contagious virus.

However, the Dept of Agriculture has said they may be symptoms of another disease and said it is not unduly concerned.

Samples from the sheep will be sent to England for testing.
