The Government is being urged to use tomorrow's Budget to take concrete steps to solve the homelessness crisis.
A homeless man in his 30s died in a doorway on Westmoreland Street at the weekend, just under a year since Jonathon Corrie passed away while sleeping rough near the Dáil.
Dublin Simon Community and well-known cleric Brother Kevin of the Capuchin Day Centre, said the Coalition had failed to address the problem in the year since Mr Corrie's death.
Sam McGuinness of Dublin Simon Community said the proof will be in tomorrow's Budget announcement.
"Why do people have to suffer so much? (The response has been) too slow, too little, too late," he said.
"Where is the housing piece of the Budget? Where is the housing piece of it?"
