A tiger kidnapping victim has taken the stand in the trial of four Dublin men accused of holding his family hostage in a raid worth €2.28m.
Paul Richardson was forced to drop off the contents of his Securicor van after a gang raided his home in Raheny in March 2005.
His wife and two sons were tied up and held in the Dublin Mountains overnight.
Jason Kavanagh from Blanchardstown, Christopher Corcoran from Sutton, and Coolock natives Mark Farrelly and Alan Costello deny the charges.
