Tánaiste to brief Opposition on Garda reform plan
The Tanaiste and Justice Minister is to brief the opposition today on plans for a root-and-branch review of the Garda force.
The plan got Cabinet backing yesterday but it is not yet known who will carry it out or how long it will be given to complete its work.
Frances Fitzgerald is to seek the input of the Opposition later as part of the preparations.
