Sentencing adjourned in Dublin man's defilement case

A Dublin man who had sex with a 13-year-old girl that he befriended on a social networking site has had his sentencing adjourned because a probation report is not ready.

A Dublin man who had sex with a 13-year-old girl that he befriended on a social networking site has had his sentencing adjourned because a probation report is not ready.

The 24 year old pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to two charges of defilement of a child at his home on April 29th, 2011.

He has been remanded in custody until January 14.
