Dublin City Council said that extra security measures are being put in place at a Ballymun building used by teens to abseil down.

The video came to public attention on 98fm's 'Dublin Talks with Adrian and Jeremy'.

It shows children swinging out of a seven-storey flat complex and sliding down a rope.

Dublin City Council says it is responsible for the building and became aware of the incident last Sunday.

It added that the property has been boarded up and it has contacted gardaí, who are patrolling the area.
