SDLP councillor calls for tagging of car criminals
An SDLP councillor has called for the tagging of car criminals during their Christmas parole from jail.
It has come after at least two areas in Belfast were plagued with car theft during the Christmas holidays.
Matthew McDermott has said "there needs to be some new thinking in the criminal justice system on this issue".
