Report: Donald Trump cancels visit to Ireland

Donald Trump has reportedly cancelled his plans to visit Ireland.

The US presidential candidate was due to visit his golf complex at Doonbeg in County Clare next week.

However, the website Irish Central is reporting that the visit has been scrapped - and Trump will now only visit his Scottish resort.

The news comes days after Enda Kenny said he was prepared to raise concerns about what he considers "racist and dangerous" comments from the Republican candidate.
