Reilly in free GP care pledge
The Health Minister is pledging to introduce free GP care for everyone by 2015.
The commitment is contained in a new government reform plan for the health service for the coming years.
It sets out specific actions and timelines ahead of the introduction of Universal Health Insurance in 2016.
James Reilly says it includes the abolition of the Health Service Executive and reform of the Department of Health.
