Bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn said today that he has done everything he can to purge his contempt.
The former billionaire was released from Mountjoy Prison yesterday morning after serving a nine-week sentence for contempt of court.
The Quinn family is currently embroiled in a legal battle with the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC), formerly Anglo Irish Bank, over debts to the company.
The matter is due before the courts again on January 14.
Speaking on Shannon side-Northern Sound this morning, Mr Quinn said he has done everything possible to comply with court orders.
"As regards asking the question, I can be very, very unequivocal on that - there's absolutely nothing I can do to purge my contempt any further," he said.
"We have done everything - every form, everything - everything they've asked me to do I've done it".
"There is nothing further - Anglo knows that."
