Gardai are trying to trace a 40-year-old man, who has been missing from his home in Dublin since last night.

Update 25/02, 19:00: Gardai have located Piers Wilson safe and well.

Gardai are trying to trace a 40-year-old man, who has been missing from his home in Dublin since last night.

Piers Wilson from Ballybrack was last seen at around 7pm yesterday.

A Facebook page has been set up to help find Piers.

He is believed to be in possession of a silver Volkswagen Golf with the registration number 03-D-20672.

Piers is 6ft tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Piers was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans when he was last seen.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardai in Dun Laoghaire on 01 666 5000, or any Garda station.
