NAMA's latest report shows the body made a profit of €473m between January and June this year.
That is over four times the profit reported for the first half of last year.
Meanwhile, in the Dáil this evening, Fianna Fail's called for a Commission of Investigation into the controversy over NAMA's sale of the Project Eagle portfolio of northern Ireland loans.
Finance spokesperson Michael McGrath said NAMA must also co-operate with the ongoing investigation by the North's Finance Committee.
"That co-operation must include NAMA officials attending the hearings in person in Stormont, and if NAMA will not do so of their own volition, then the minister should, exercise his powers, under section 14 of the NAMA Act to direct them to do so."
