N11 northbound reopens
The N11 has re-opened to northbound traffic near the Enniskerry exit following the removal of an overturned truck.
All diversions have been lifted however traffic in Bray is almost at a standstill due to earlier diverted traffic.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the town if at all possible.
