Flooding is making driving conditions hazardous this afternoon and causing problems for commuters.
A landslide on the line at Waterford train station is affecting rail services to Thomastown and Carrick-on-Suir. It is expected it will impact on a number of services in the coming days.
Conditions are particularly bad in Co. Wicklow where flooding has been reported on the N11 Dublin/ Wexford Rd north of the Beehive, on the Marlton Road into Wicklow Town, on the Rathnew/ Rathdrum Rd and on the N11 Dublin /Wexford Rd at J7 Bray South.

Flooding is also reported at Clontarf, Booterstown Ave and Upper Glenageary Rd.
Traffic is down to one lane outbound on Conygham rd due to a wall collapse at Bridge Water Quay.
In Co. Louth, Gardaí are urging motorists to take care on the Coast Rd in Blackrock as waves are breaching the wall.
