A 34-year-old Chinese national has been remanded in custody after appearing in court in Dublin today, charged in connection with a fatal assault in Dublin last Friday.

A 34-year-old Chinese national has been remanded in custody after appearing in court in Dublin today, charged in connection with a fatal assault in Dublin last Friday.

Zhen Zhao of apartment one, 68, Jervis Street, Dublin 1 will appear before Cloverhill Court again on Friday.

Forty-year-old Noel Fegan died after he was assaulted on Wellington Quay in the city centre on Friday afternoon.
