A man is being questioned in connection with a shooting inside a south Dublin pub.

A man is being questioned in connection with a shooting inside a south Dublin pub.

A doorman was injured after a customer at the Sallynoggin Inn opened fire in the early hours of Monday.

The 45-year-old underwent surgery at St Vincent's Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Gardaí arrested a man in his 30s yesterday evening. He is being questioned at Dun Laoghaire garda station.
